At Performance Dog we pride ourselves on providing you with top class customer service. Please find details below on delivery information, contact details, refunds/returns and our privacy policy, along with Frequently Asked Questions.

Delivery Information

We offer free delivery within mainland UK, orders are sent via second class post which typically takes 5-7 working days. We also offer a next day delivery option at the additional cost of £4.95. Please note that orders can only be sent next day if received before 2pm on a Monday- Thursday. For international orders, postage will be charged at cost. At checkout you will be provided with two options, one for standard delivery and one for tracked and signed delivery. Please note that we recommend the tracked and signed option, and unfortunately cannot take responsibility if the order goes missing using standard delivery.

Returns/Refunds Policy

We offer a full no-quibble refund on all items with the exception of dvds. Simply return the item to us in its original packaging and it the same condition as your received it within 14 days for a full refund.

We regret we cannot do this with dvds for obvious reasons. However, should a dvd be faulty for any reason we will of course replace it free of charge.

Performance Dog will never sell or disclose any of your personal details to any other parties. Our website is secured with an SSL certificate meaning any information you supply will be securely stored behind security networks.

  • How do I place my order?

To place your order, add your chosen item to the shopping cart, to proceed you can then click on My Account/Basket at the centre top of the page. To continue, click the ‘checkout’ button at the bottom right of the page. You can then login into your account if you are an existing customer, or create a new account or select the guest checkout option, if you are a new customer. You can then follow the steps provided to enter delivery and payment details before confirming the order.

  • Do I qualify for free shipping?

All orders within mainland UK qualify for free delivery. For all orders outside of the UK, we charge postage at cost.

  • How will my order be sent?

All orders that qualify for free delivery will be sent via second class post. Orders over £100 will be sent via next day courier service.

  • How do I order with next day delivery?

We also offer a next day delivery option at the additional cost of £4.95. Please note that orders can only be sent next day if received before 2pm on a Monday- Thursday. To choose this option, select the next day delivery option at checkout.

  • How do I track my order?

If your order was sent via next day delivery, or tracked and signed delivery, please check your emails for your tracking number.

  • My order hasn’t arrived yet?

If you order was sent using our free shipping service, please allow 5 working days for it to arrive. If it has still not arrived by this time, please contact us.

  • The item I ordered is listed as ‘ Out of Stock’, how long will I have to wait for it.

  • How do I redeem a gift voucher?

Select the ‘ Use Gift Voucher’  option  in your shopping cart, and then enter your gift voucher code in the box provided, before clicking the ‘Apply Voucher’ button.

  • How do I redeem a discount code?

Select the ‘ Use Coupon Code’  option  in your shopping cart, and then enter your discount code in the box provided, before clicking the ‘Apply Coupon’ button.

  • What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please contact us by email ellen@performancedog.co.uk to let us know, and we will advise you on how to return it for a replacement.

  • I want to buy an ebook, what formats is it available in?

Our ebooks are available in mobi (for kindle) , PDF and Epub for Sony Reader, Barnes and Noble Nook, and the Apple Ipad/Itouch/Iphone, all of which will be available upon purchase. For more details see our ebook user instructions.

  • I would like to order an item that you don’t currently stock?
